OPEX (Operational Excellence) Championship 2024 is the perfect cohesion of Business Excellence, Management Excellence and Operations Management that amplifies the spirit of continuous improvement. This event will witness prominent Service, Manufacturing and Supply chain organizations across India showcase their Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Agile and other cutting-edge techniques, ideas, and procedures that have significantly enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
