- The competition will be conducted in three categories, namely, Large scale Category (LSC), Small and Medium Enterprises Category (SMEC) and Agri-business organisations Category (ABOC).
- Maximum of TWO teams can participate from an organisation.
- Two to Three members will represent each team and showcase the successful implementation of OPEX initiatives.
- Representatives must be employees of the organisation.
- The OPEX initiative being showcased must have tangible, measurable, advantageous business outcome.
- The initiative must have demonstrated at least six months of sustained or improved metrics.
