All payments made on Mutual Mitra are strictly non-refundable. Once a user purchases any membership plan, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of whether a mutual partner is found or not. Mutual Mitra does not guarantee that a user will get a matching partner, complete a mutual transfer, or achieve any specific result. Our service is limited to providing access to user-submitted data and a digital platform for connecting teachers. The success of finding a match fully depends on the availability and accuracy of user information, which is beyond our control.

No refund will be processed in cases such as unsuccessful matching, change of mind, incorrect information provided by the user, dissatisfaction with the service, or inability to complete the transfer. By purchasing any plan, the user agrees to this strict no-refund policy and acknowledges that Mutual Mitra does not provide any guarantee of outcome.
