These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mutual Mitra platform, owned and operated by Ayansh Digital Infotech. By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or purchasing any membership plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the platform.

Mutual Mitra is an online platform created to help teachers find potential mutual transfer partners based on their current posting location and preferred transfer destination. The platform allows users to register, create profiles, add their transfer details, and view other relevant profiles according to membership access. Users understand that Mutual Mitra is only a connection-based service. We do not guarantee or promise that any mutual transfer will be successful or approved. The platform simply facilitates communication between teachers; the final decision of transfer approval solely depends on the respective school authorities, and Mutual Mitra has no role or responsibility in any administrative or official transfer process.

All information submitted by users, including school details, personal details, posting location, and transfer preferences, is provided voluntarily by the user. Mutual Mitra does not verify the accuracy of data submitted by users and cannot guarantee its correctness. Users understand that profiles displayed on the platform are created by individuals, and the responsibility of verifying authenticity lies with the users themselves. Mutual Mitra shall not be held liable for any mismatched information, miscommunication, or inaccurate details provided by other users.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must ensure that all information they provide is truthful and accurate. Misuse of phone numbers, spamming, sharing false information, or attempting to deceive other users will result in immediate suspension or deletion of the user’s account without any refund. Users must also conduct themselves respectfully while interacting with other teachers through the platform. Any form of harassment, misuse, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated.

Mutual Mitra offers paid membership plans that allow users to unlock additional features such as viewing full profile details and contacting potential matches. Once a user purchases any membership plan, the fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. By completing a payment, the user agrees that they have clearly understood the features of the plan and voluntarily consent to the no-refund policy. Mutual Mitra is not responsible for user expectations, unsuccessful matching, lack of suitable profiles, or communication issues between users after unlocking data.

Payments made on the platform are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors. Mutual Mitra does not store or have access to any sensitive payment information such as card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords. All transaction-related issues must be taken up with the respective payment processor, although Mutual Mitra may provide reasonable support to assist users in resolving such concerns.

Mutual Mitra reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform, including features, membership plans, or pricing, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions whenever required to comply with legal, operational, or policy changes. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using Mutual Mitra, you agree that Ayansh Digital Infotech shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of the use of the platform, including but not limited to inaccurate information, unsuccessful communication, misuse by other users, or denial of transfer by school authorities. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
