Ferric Chloride Dosing System
Ferric Chloride Dosing System is integrated with ergonomic design, builds and is installed with a modular automated dosing system. The whole system comprises of mechanical, full turnkey, control, automation, electrical and site installations. The pump engrossed in it acts as a reciprocating pumps that allow variable flow rate and can be adjusted at the time of running or when stopped. It involves the delivery of ferric chloride in water or any other kind of fluid for the purpose of making it clean. When dissolved in water, it undergoes hydrolysis and form high level of energy. The entire system is manufactured using premium grade of raw components that are sourced from reliable vendors. Furthermore, to check the efficiency, system is tested on different quality norms under the guidance of our professionals.

- At time 6 pumps can be tested simultaneously
- pump flow rate at working pressure
- vibration of pump and motor, SOUND METER
- Amp meter, Pressure meter
- Voltage meter, Frequency meter.
- All instruments are tested as per govt.standard at approved govt. lab
- Pumps up to 7000 LPH flow and maximum 450 BAR pressure can be tested.
