Plunger Type Metering System
Plunger type metering system is basically a positive displacement pump. A particular amount of fluid is displaced by these pumps in each cycle of operation. Reciprocating motion of the plunger creates pumping action of this plunger type metering system. It is available in varied models as per the customer's requirements. Drive end mechanism and the liquid end mechanism are the two parts of this plunger type metering system. For handling various chemicals in the entire operation with the help of single motor, it can be distributed into duplex, simplex or multiple heads. Each head can be adjusted independently upon their capacities.

- At time 6 pumps can be tested simultaneously

- vibration of pump and motor, SOUND METER
- Amp meter, Pressure meter
- Voltage meter, Frequency meter.
- All instruments are tested as per govt.standard at approved govt. lab
- Pumps up to 7000 LPH flow and maximum 450 BAR pressure can be tested.

- At single setting of stroke from 10% to 100% (turn down ratio 10:1)
