Lime Dosing System
Lime Dosing System is ergonomically designed, offering high reliability and effortless method of creating a lime slurry. The slurry is prepared as per the demand at varying powder flows in order to match process requirements. The system is used for rectifying the pH of water discharge and is developed using application oriented equipment required for silo venting or silo safety for various applications. Moreover, it also permits accurate mixing and diluting of liquid that eliminated the requirement of mechanical dosing pumps and mixers. At our organization, the whole system is designed using premium grade of components that are tested previously. Additionally, at every manufacturing step the system is tested on various quality parameters to ensure durability and efficiency.

- At time 6 pumps can be tested simultaneously
- pump flow rate at working pressure
- vibration of pump and motor, SOUND METER
- Amp meter, Pressure meter
- Voltage meter, Frequency meter.
- All instruments are tested as per govt.standard at approved govt. lab
- Pumps up to 7000 LPH flow and maximum 450 BAR pressure can be tested.
