Contact UsTo make soft and delicious batis, mix Dal Bati peeth with salt, ajwain, pure ghee, and warm water to prepare a firm, well-kneaded dough. Cover this dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Then, make small balls and flatten them slightly. Bake these balls in an oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes or roast them on a tandoor/gas until they turn crisp and golden brown. Dip the hot, ready batis in pure ghee and serve hot with traditional flavor.
