How to Use

Pour half a cup of milk into a pan and bring it to a boil. Slowly sift and add one cup of pure Singhada (water chestnut) flour. While stirring continuously, add another cup of milk or water and keep mixing for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens like a dough. Then add sugar, pure ghee, and cardamom powder, and turn off the heat. Once cooked properly, the Singhada flour mixture becomes soft and delicious — perfect for making tasty laddus.
